Architect's vision of Light Tribute
Filling the Void

  Tribute in Lights
From 5 March through April 2002, two beams of light
marked a beautiful temporary memorial for those lost

Imagine the Twin Towers back to life every night,
rising high above the WORLD MEMORIAL ruins

  Features
Convergence lights below or on other buildings delineate WTC height
Coin operated telescopes around Manhattan also mark the height of the WTC
Glass Wall cap

  Laser Projection
We envision using low-powered lasers,
placed in the glass wall “cap” to project the tribute of light,
at a fraction of energy consumption

Beams could dancing with different colors,
suitable for holidays and special occasions

Maximum range two thousand feet; clear of FAA routing
Frequency may be altered to reduce hazard for migrating birds
